Prior to entering the world of defense contracting, Ken served as an officer in the Marine Corps. As a veteran of multiple combat operations and other conflicts, Ken forged his technical and leadership expertise in challenging and dynamic environments. Specializing in logistics, he served in a variety of positions inside the U.S., numerous other countries and in multiple deployed and afloat commands. Ken spent several years in logistics, information technology, systems integration management and leadership positions with both Eagan McCallister Associates, Inc. and Science Applications International Corporation. In 2009 Ken founded Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC [ProSoDel] , and has led its development and expansion into the multi-faceted, full-service provider it is today. Having extensive experience in project and program management as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he continually applies his experience and leadership to today’s most challenging federal contracting scenarios.
Jason joined Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC in February 2011 after serving in the Marine Corps and pursuing higher education. During his tenure in the Marine Corps, Jason served as the LOGAIS Chief for 2nd Marine Division where he supported logistics and MAGTF operation for both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom campaigns. Following his time in the Marine Corps, Jason worked in the commercial industry supporting information technology, logistics, and operations management to various commercial entities. His most recent work includes implementing IUID, RFID, and Mesh technologies with the Navy. As ProSoDel’s Vice President of Operations, Jason’s responsibilities include: Project Budgeting and Cost Controls, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Program Execution, Staff Management and Training, Overall Customer Satisfaction, Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, Team Building and Leadership, Project Scheduling, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning and Analysis, and Proposal Support. In addition to Jason’s years of professional experience, he holds certifications in Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID+), RFID Professional Institute Certified Associate (RPICA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and posses a Master of Science in Project Management and Bachelor of Science in Operations & Supply Chain Management. Jason is a committed family man, with four younglings, and is active in the local church’s community groups and Trail Life USA. He enjoys recreational shooting, fishing, and woodworking.
